Important information:
The journey is designed for you to take at your own pace, over a short number of weeks, 1-1, via What’s App and in-person. All activities are optional (but full payment is required).
The 1-1 Yoga practice is designed to be held at your home, but could be outside in a park, if preferred. Studio/hall hire incurs an additional cost.
I can provide Yoga mat, blocks, bolster, blanket, eye pillow and anything else required.
Your Yoga practice includes chakra awareness, specific postures with alignment cues, Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Yin Yoga and guided relaxation.
Your bespoke massage treatment is available Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays at my home only.
The massage includes the application of ‘Hello Sunshine’ body oil by Moa Apothecary, providing this is suitable for your skin.
The Yoga and massage sessions are approximately 1 hour each, but allow a little more!
Yoga and massage must be booked in advance and used by 30 September 2026.
For both massage and yoga sessions, there is a 24 hour cancellation policy.
Payment can be taken in instalments but must be paid in full by 30 September 2026.
Personal liability waiver applies.
