Join me for a very special Evening Retreat at PAUS. nestled in the beautiful Cambridgeshire countryside, just one hour from Wanstead.
A truly wonderful and unique autumnal evening experience, where you can fully immerse yourself in the elements: ground yourself with Earth, embrace the flow of Water, feel the warmth of Fire, and breathe in the freedom of Air.
We'll begin with a warm welcome before settling into a Fringe.Method Candlelit Yin Yoga practice - an opportunity to slow down, soften, and unwind.
As darkness falls, we'll relax in PAUS's spectacular outdoor hilltop bathing area. With a complimentary drink in hand, soak beneath the stars in the hand-crafted red cedar wood-fired hot tubs, breathe deeply in the Finnish dry barrel saunas, and awaken your senses with a refreshing dip in the cold plunge pools.
Then, we'll enjoy delicious wood-fired pizza, shared around the fire as the evening unfolds. With the warmth of the flames, good conversation and the open sky above us, there'll be time to simply pause, connect and savour the moment.
Surrounded by nature, illuminated by firelight and the night sky, this is an opportunity to completely switch off, embrace the stillness of the evening and enjoy the restorative power of heat, cold and fresh air in one of the most beautiful settings imaginable.
