POSTNATAL YOGA
A postnatal Yoga course for mums who want to practise Yoga without the need to find a babysitter!
A great way to get moving again after pregnancy, birth and in the early stages of parenting your new baby. Each week the focus on a different element - Earth, Water, Fire and Air, supports new mothers to regain strength in a safe and gentle way. Sessions focus on re-stabilising the pelvis, supporting the recovery of pelvic floor and core strength, realigning the spine, and releasing tightness or tension in the neck and shoulders. These classes can also help you feel mentally brighter and lighter!
You will learn and explore simple practices, and adaptations of traditional postures, to support postnatal recovery that you can easily continue at home. Included are breathwork, movement and relaxation. Each session includes a 45 minute Yoga class, with 15 minutes for herbal tea and chats after class.

Best for mums 3 months post-birth, but you are welcome to attend from 8 weeks if preferred.
Suitable for experienced Yogis, or beginners!
Whilst we sometimes include the babies in our practice, the aim of these sessions is to provide a more flow-style class just for YOU!
Babies welcome - (best for non-mobile babies, not suitable for toddlers). You can feed, change, comfort or soothe your baby at any time.
Baby Gyms are provided, but you may want to bring your little one’s favourite comforter or toy (no noisy or electrical items).
You can also attend without your baby!
Playlists with music to match each element is played during the classes.
Places are limited to 8 parents so that I can care for you all!
