I have been lucky enough to take part in a couple of Buddha Babys' baby courses and Goddess Flow yoga sessions. From the moment you arrive, whether for a yoga session or to learn baby course you will feel welcomed into a calm and supportive environment that allowed both me to relax and connect in a meaningful way. The pace is gentle and intuitive, with space to move, rest, or simply be present — whatever is needed in the moment. It felt incredibly nourishing to have time dedicated to both physical and emotional well-being, all while feeling completely understood and supported. The yoga sessions are a beautiful balance of connection, care and calm throughout. I left each session feeling more centred, refreshed and better equipped to move through the rest of my week. It’s a space I looked forward to returning to and one I’d recommend wholeheartedly to anyone seeking a thoughtful and holistic approach to wellbeing for themselves or their little one.
