Buddha Baby is the absolute BEST! I can’t recommend Sally’s classes enough. I have attended all of them (baby massage, baby yoga and baby play) with both my babies and can honestly say they have been a highlight. Whatever life is throwing at you as a new mum that week, Sally offers a calm, open and nurturing space where you can just be with your baby, feel all the feels and relax. I honestly think she’s a magician! And the goddess flow adult classes are the perfect way to get a sprinkling of that magic all for you. Book - you won’t regret it!
