I did Sally’s summer solstice retreat day yesterday and what a day. Sally brings such a beautiful energy to the spaces she’s in, and her class was truly energising but completely accessible, even as someone who does yoga infrequently.

Thank you so much Sally for such an incredible yoga retreat! I’ve dabbled in yoga for years but never been brave enough to try a retreat day before… and I’m so, so glad I did! As soon as we arrived the space was so calm and welcoming. The yoga class felt really inclusive and had different options for the poses so we could all join in and feel comfortable. I’ve never experienced anything like the barefoot meadow walk before but I need more of that in my life!! Beautiful, nourishing food and gorgeous hot tubs, cool pools and saunas to round off the day. I haven’t felt so connected with myself, nature and other women in such a long time, and it was just the tonic I’ve been needing. I woke up the next day feeling so at peace, well rested, and ready to take on the world. Thank you for organising such an enriching day. Can’t wait for next summer solstice!!

Wow wow wow, what a day. The perfect retreat day experience. A fabulous group of women, a great yoga session in a beautiful studio, followed by a refreshing sensory walk. Then a fabulous lunch with a beautiful view followed by time in the spa - gorgeous wooden hot tubs, plunge pool and sauna. I felt thoroughly refreshed and calm when I left. Thank you to Sally who is the most wonderful yoga teacher. Highly recommend. I will be there again next year.
