It's hard to put into words what it feels like to attend Sally's classes. I've been lucky enough to join baby classes, yoga classes and her recent yoga retreat in Spain. She always works hard to ensure everyone feels cared for and looked after. With just the right balance of challenge and relaxation, she makes plenty of space for all energy levels, experiences and any emotions that bubble up!
The yoga retreat was impeccably planned with nourishing food, a beautiful villa with breathtaking views and lovely practices. It was a really special retreat.
