I have just returned from Buddha Baby’s luxury yoga retreat in Spain. It was such an incredible experience - I learned lots about the goddesses that inspired Sally’s yoga flows, ate incredible food, bathed, swam, connected with other women, relaxed and healed. Sally chose and created such a calming space; I’ve come back feeling so full of love, joy and energy!
