The perfect opportunity for you to rest, reflect and reset for the month ahead. These slower Yoga sessions include a more Yin-Restorative practice, supporting deep relaxation and stress relief. Themed on the astrological seasons, these unique sessions allow you to reconnect with nature’s cycles and come back to yourself.
These are ‘more than’ Yoga classes! Here you will find a safe and nurturing space amongst like-minded souls. Self-enquiry and self-acceptance is encouraged. We come together in a circle which is supportive and friendly. You will leave feeling both grounded and uplifted.
Yoga is based on the Fringe.Method, linking to the elements: Earth, Water, Fire and Air, depending on the season and Fringe.Yin teachings. A truly sensory experience, sessions may also include sound, scent and self-massage. Everything you need is provided, including mats, bolsters and blankets.
A typical session includes:
A warm welcome with herbal tea
Breathing techniques / Gentle Flow Yoga (seated / kneeling warm-up)
Therapeutic Yin and Restorative Yoga
Savasana / Relaxation
Closing ritual
