Pregnancy massage - £65 / 3 FOR £175
Pregnancy is a special time when regular massage can benefit both mother and baby, providing a remedy for many of the common discomforts experienced during pregnancy, whilst promoting overall wellness. It can also help reduce emotional stress, helping expectant mothers to feel more at ease. You can really relax as the massage strokes work to release muscular tension, relieve fatigue and soothe the skin during this comforting treatment to nurture the magnificent new mum-to-be - from 12 weeks. (1 hour, 10 mins)
HOLISTIC BODY MASSAGE - £65
The best way to give yourself an hour of self-care! Ease tension and stress and take some 'time out' to focus on yourself. Soothing massage strokes provoke deep relaxation, bringing your mind and body into balance. You can choose from the signature full body massage or a bespoke treatment, adapted for specific areas of the body according to your needs - both aim to improve your overall wellbeing. This sublime treatment is enhanced by deluxe body oils by Yogandha (relax, detox or muscle soothe) promoting a further sense of true serenity. (1 hour)
NATURAl LIFT FACIAL MASSAGE - £40
Using specialist lifting and firming techniques to naturally tone the facial muscles and replenish the delicate layers of the skin and gently working on pressure points to release tension. Beginning with a facial cleanse, using Moa Apothecary Green Balm, and followed by a beautifully relaxing facial massage, enriched with Moa Apothecary Aphrodite Facial Oil, which includes the rejuvenating properties of rose-hip oil. Includes scalp massage if desired. (40 mins)
HOLISTIC BODY MASSAGE (DELUXE) - £80
The ultimate full body massage! Your treatment is extended by half an hour allowing more time to be spent on specific areas of the body or opt for the signature deluxe full body massage. Body oils by Yogandha (relax, detox or muscle soothe) are massaged into each chosen area of your body - back, neck, shoulders, scalp, arms, legs, tummy, fingers and toes - allow yourself to truly and deeply relax, snooze and surrender… emerge feeling rejuvenated and ready to face the world. (1 hour, 30 mins)
BACK, NECK & SCALP MASSAGE - £50
This massage will help to ease tension in the upper, middle and lower back and also works specifically on those tense muscles in the neck and shoulders, to improve flexibility and help you feel at ease. Great for a pick-me-up, this massage will brighten your senses and leave you feeling relaxed, refreshed and revived. Choose from Yogandha relax, detox or muscle soothe body oils to enhance your treatment. (45 mins)
HAIWAIIAN (LOMI LOMI) MASSAGE - £90
An all over body massage to transport you to sunny shores! Feel the calm descend as warm liquid coconut oil is poured generously over your body and ‘let go’ as your body is stretched and soothed by flowing massage strokes. Based on traditional Hawaiian massage, this sublime treatment releases joint pain and energy blocks. Best enjoyed during hot, summer months! (1 hour)
SPRING SPECIAL: SEASONAL SERENITY MASSAGE - £60
Spring Serenity combines a mini-back and mini-facial massage, hand and arm massage, plus a soothing scalp massage. It will help you to relax, uplift your mood, and ease tension. Enhanced with products by Moa Apothecary including Hello Sunshine body oil, cleansing Green Balm, and Goddess facial oil, this is an upper body refresh for the spring season. Available until end of May (1 hour)
MAGIC BACK AND FACIAL MASSAGE - £75
Lots of my clients loved this treatment for the spring and summer, so I’ve added it to the year-round menu. Refreshing and relaxing, it includes a detoxifying back massage, using Moa Apothecary Hello Sunshine body oil, and a calming facial massage using Moa Apothecary Aphrodite Facial Oil. Prior to your facial massage the face is softly cleansed with Moa Apothecary Green Balm. This is a beauty-boost that your senses will enjoy. (1 hour, 15 mins)
