This 5-week course has been carefully designed to combine both parent and baby yoga throughout each session and gradually builds week-on-week, giving you a fully integrated programme to use in your daily life.

Explore effective baby handling techniques and post-natal exercise for yourself; along with simple stretch sequences matched to songs and rhymes, playful interactions to develop trust and soothing gentle movement for your baby - a brilliant balance of activity and relaxation for you both!

This course is held at Wanstead United Reformed Church (Nightingale Lane) although please note smaller groups (up to 3 ) will be held at my home (Grosvenor Road).  Everything you need is provided, including yoga mats, cushions and blankets.

Best for babies from 3 months old to 'just about to get mobile'. Maximum class size: 10 / Minimum: 3

I did the baby yoga course with Sally three times after finishing her massage course and it’s easily been my favourite baby class of all those I’ve tried. Sally creates a warm, nurturing environment and leads stretches and moves which are very baby-centric and yet sympathetic to the woes of tired mums. Whether your baby is throwing a wobbly or giggling, Sally creates a non-judgemental, relaxed class which has also nurtured some lovely new friendships for me.
